IN FLIGHT ESSENTIALS

My Empirical Life is going on a month long European holiday! Here are some of my in flight essentials arranged in a mildly circular fashion (start at left)

BAG:  This large Celine bag fits just about anything in.

SCARF/WRAP:  Jac+Jack silk and cashmere wrap is like my version of a baby blanket.

MOISTURISER: La Mav ‘s Organic Omega 3 Advanced Nightly Repair Creme keeps my skin hydrated and comfortable throughout the flight with it’s all organic ingredients nourishing my skin while I sleep.

SUNGLASSES: Versace – for looking good on those bleary eyed early morning arrivals.

PERFUME: Byredo Bal D’Afrique- smell like a holiday before the holiday!

FACIAL WIPES: These Eco Care wipes smell deliciously of green apples and honey but are made with certified organic ingredients , are hypoallergenic and fragrance free. Refresh and protect during those tedious long haul flights.

LEGGINGS: There isn’t anything like these Nathan Smith bamboo cashmere leggings to make me feel wrapped in a cocoon of softness.

EYE MASK: Treat your eyes to SilkYard‘s pure mulberry silk eye mask. Talk about a dreamweaver.

FACIAL OIL: NUDEs Replenishing Nigh Oil. Pop this on under the moisturiser and wave goodbye to dry , irritated skin.

BOOKS: I love books and often start reading two on a flight! I’m excited about starting Karen Russell‘s : Swamplandia and Sally Breen‘s : The Casuals

NOTEBOOKS: Dreams, Ideas, Opinions , Thoughts ? Moleskine is the original and the best. Pack of 2 ruled notebooks in vivid colours.

FACIAL MIST: Last but not least is this Evohe all natural Mist, featuring a blend of skin restoring Australian bush flower essences and tissue salts in pure orange blossom and rose hydrosol. Anti-inflammatory , calming and uplifting, not to mention deliciously smelling, I’ve had neighbours want to have a go too!
