GOLD RUSH
A length of gold silk pulled taut by the wind, single ribbon of fabric reaching up like a held breath. The figure beneath is half-statue, half-suggestion: a body implied through the cloth, the curve of chest, two bare legs where the silk meets the sea. The horizon traces the lower edge of the fabric, holding the frame in a quiet horizontal balance.
The work was born on a windy, high summer, cerulean tinted day, the metallic warmth of the silk pressed against the body, dancing to each other’s rhythm.
Produced as a signed, numbered limited edition giclée print, hand-pulled on Canson Rag Photographique 310gsm 100% cotton archival paper. Each impression bears a fine border, the artist’s hand-signature and unique number. The edition is strictly limited to fifty across three formats — A2, A1, A0 — plus two artist’s proofs issued at the artist’s discretion. Once the run is complete, no further prints will be made.
Bespoke dimensions may occasionally be commissioned against the artist’s proofs, subject to availability — please enquire.
Interior views are stylised visualisations and not to scale; please refer to the listed dimensions for each format.
